Kees Adjudication Services, Inc. (Kees) welcomes the opportunity to provide support services to the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Personnel Security and Facility Clearance Program. Kees is a Joint Venture compromised of two small businesses, Personnel Security Consultants, Inc. (PSC) and Entereza, Inc. (Entereza), whose independent missions are to provide services that protect their communities and the clients they service. Collectively, they offer over fifteen years of direct experience providing personnel security and adjudication services to the Federal government to include the U.S. Department of Energy. Together they are in final negotiations to provide personnel security services to DOE Idaho and are working on several training projects together through the Kees Joint Venture. Our team has the personnel security experience, successful past performance, proven processes and tools, and experienced staff to fully achieve the performance-based requirements of the NNSA. As small business owners of successful training and personnel security companies and by forming Kees, the Kees management team genuinely understands the NNSA Service Center mission to protect our nation’s most vital national assets. NNSA requires a personnel security program contractor with proven capability, highly relevant past performance, and proven processes and tools. PSC is a trusted source of expertise in personnel security training, investigations and program development and has adjudication, training, and investigation contracts all over the United States with the federal government as well as over 350 different Indian Tribes and Tribal programs.

Entereza has been successfully providing security support services to the Department of Energy since 2008. In addition, Entereza has been providing training to the Government for over ten years, through train-the-trainer, instructor led, computer based and web-based scenarios. Entereza has been recognized for our achievements by the SBA as well as receiving the 2004 Subcontractor of the Year for our AFOTEC training efforts. Entereza, the current managing member of another joint venture, has been operating two DOE Personnel Security Programs for the last six years. That company is no longer eligible to re-bid their two existing contracts. Therefore, Entereza formed a new partnership with PSC to continue to provide personnel security support services to the Government. The new sole-source contract is due to be awarded in July 2015. The President/Owner of Entereza, also recently acquired Excel Staffing Companies, the largest and oldest staffing firm in the state of New Mexico. With over forty years of recruiting and staffing experience, Excel has a long and diversified list of satisfied clients including the Department of Energy, Los Alamos National Laboratory, and Sandia National Laboratory. As such Kees will be given priority support in filling any new hire positions as necessary.
